Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a team of technical product managers for networking infrastructure products and platform capabilities.
  • •Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • •Partner with hardware, software, architecture, and systems engineering teams to define requirements and deliver differentiated networking solutions.
  • •Translate customer needs, workload requirements, and system tradeoffs into product direction, business cases, and roadmap decisions.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment and manage the full product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of relevant experience in product management, technical product management, systems engineering, networking, infrastructure, or related technology leadership roles.
  • •Proven experience leading product management teams and driving strategy for complex infrastructure, platform, semiconductor, networking, or data center products.
  • •Deep understanding of networking systems and technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, InfiniBand, SDN, NICs, DPUs, switches, or related components.
  • •Experience defining, developing, or deploying high-performance networks for AI clusters, accelerated computing, or large-scale cloud infrastructure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
