  • •Own overall responsibility for complex, large-scale SAP transformation programs for retail customers and drive sustainable project success.
  • •Lead SAP Activate–based implementations at program level and steer the use of SAP cloud toolchains including SAP CALM, SAP Signavio, and SAP LeanIX.
  • •Manage project budgets, resource and capacity planning, and perform proactive risk and executive stakeholder management.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary project teams and support the growth of junior consultants.
  • •Shape the engagement and go-to-market phase by leading proposal processes, coordinating pre-sales activities, and building decision-level customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a degree in business economics, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 8 years of consulting experience in the SAP environment, including several years in leading project responsibility.
  • •Proven experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects in the retail sector.
  • •Strong retail and SAP solution knowledge with deep process understanding across single and/or large-scale retail operations.
  • •Experience leading, coaching, and developing project teams and junior consultants; strong presentation and communication skills in German and English at C-level.
