Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage finished goods replenishment planning and execute inventory strategies to achieve targeted inventory turns while maintaining high service levels.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address service level issues and improve fulfillment performance.
  • •Monitor planning performance, identify gaps, and drive on-time delivery through proactive risk mitigation and expediting.
  • •Optimize inventory deployment across the U.S. distribution center network to support efficient product flow and availability.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Order Management, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to resolve supply and demand imbalances and delivery issues.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years’ relevant supply chain experience in supply planning and inventory management.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
  • •Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analytical skills (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
  • •Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain; CPIM preferred, and the ability to communicate clearly in both English and Chinese.
