Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct site-wide operation, reliability, upkeep, and continuous advancement of mechanical and energy utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, exhaust, process cooling water, compressed air, process vacuum, FMCS, and electrical systems.
  • •Act as technical focal point for assigned utility systems, ensuring performance improvements, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
  • •Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex utility and equipment problems, applying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Deploy AI-enabled predictive maintenance/condition monitoring and develop digital twin models to support capacity planning, scenario modeling, risk assessment, and operational optimization.
  • •Drive integration and automation initiatives across FMCS, BMS, SCADA, EMS, and enterprise data platforms to enable intelligent facility operations; ensure compliance with ISO requirements and provide technical mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or related field, or certified 11kV electrical proficient person.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities engineering experience in HVAC, industrial utilities, and/or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification (added advantage).
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 11kV systems, UPS, LV distribution network, VFD, capacitor banks, and PQMS/MSB.
  • •Proficiency with engineering build/drafting tools such as AutoCAD, plus strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills.
