Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure corporate reporting is completed timely and that business compliance covers U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (including FICAP, SIC, SOX, FCPA) plus local statutory and tax requirements.
  • •Deliver a timely month-end close and control day-to-day performance, including AOP, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting to the regional controller.
  • •Lead monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual AOP processes, providing accurate financial information and interpretive, value-added guidance.
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls in line with company policies, identifying and correcting weaknesses in administrative processes.
  • •Partner with internal teams (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Treasury, AP, Legal, IT, HR) and support internal/external auditors with periodic audits.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in trade and/or service sectors, with experience in U.S. companies highly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of local GAAP and U.S. GAAP and experience meeting corporate reporting requirements.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems; Oracle R12 knowledge is preferable.
  • •Strong financial process and controls mindset with ability to work independently and take responsibility for accounting, controlling, and reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance; CMA or other financial certifications (MBA also mentioned) are considered a plus.
