Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams for project delivery accountability to the client.
  • •Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • •Work with Engineering and Design Managers to ensure technical delivery of rail projects.
  • •Set an example for health, safety and welfare and instil a strong safety culture within the delivery team.
  • •Administer the contract to monitor and safeguard schedule and commercial performance; lead design tenders for work winning.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects under NEC3 or NEC4 Conditions of Contract.
  • •Strong experience across at least one full project lifecycle area from feasibility through detailed design and implementation.
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams, balancing priorities to make value and delivery decisions.
  • •Technical knowledge (preferably in rail) to challenge teams on outputs and deliverables.
  • •Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with a demonstrable pathway to chartership.
