Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day compliance point of contact for sponsor bank partners, responding to diligence requests and tracking open items to closure.
  • •Review new products, features, and market expansions for compliance impact, translating regulations and sponsor bank requirements into product requirements.
  • •Build and maintain compliance documentation such as requirement matrices, policies and procedures, launch checklists, control descriptions, and risk assessments.
  • •Interpret bank partnership agreements, network rules, and regulatory guidance to identify obligations, gaps, and compliance impacts.
  • •Support disclosure, marketing, and UX reviews for accuracy with consumer protection expectations and assist with audits/exams/third-party risk assessments including evidence collection and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within banking, fintech, or payments.
  • •Working knowledge of bank sponsorship / Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and third-party risk management expectations.
  • •Familiarity with consumer financial regulations including BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, EFTA, and GLBA.
