Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a civil/bridge engineering team of 15-20 members with line management responsibilities.
•Lead and contribute to large-scale bridge projects within the team.
•Present own project work for technical review and sign-off by the project leader, including calculations.
•Collaborate with senior engineers and project leaders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
•Support hybrid work model to balance office (Mumbai/Noida/Bengaluru) and field/project needs.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading a civil/bridge engineering team (15-20 members) with line management responsibilities.
•Strong project management and technical review skills for bridge projects.
•Ability to coordinate across multiple Indian locations (Mumbai, Noida, Bengaluru) and manage remote collaboration.
•Capability to perform and review calculations and sign-off on project work.
