Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical resource for international pre-sales engagements, advising field systems engineers and sales teams on designing and implementing Fortinet FortiSASE solutions. Lead secure network and SASE/SSE architecture design reviews, support key opportunities with demonstrations and POCs, and provide training and mentorship to SE teams. Partner with product management and engineering, author technical documentation, and represent the organization in technical meetings while traveling worldwide on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

•Support international sales with high-level corporate technical expertise for pre-sales engagements and key opportunities.
•Lead subject-matter expert pre-sales design reviews and provide technical guidance to Field Systems Engineers.
•Participate with SE peers to design and architect secure IP networks using Fortinet’s product line.
•Provide training to System Engineers at events worldwide and mentor SE specialists within virtual teams.
•Travel worldwide on short notice and provide timely status reports to the SE Director/VP SE.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture and cloud-delivered security models.
•Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and identity-based access controls.
•Operational experience with SD-WAN, including application-aware routing and dynamic path selection.
•Experience integrating security and networking services (e.g., SWG, CASB, FWaaS, DLP) within a SASE or SSE framework.
•Familiarity with IAM integrations including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and MFA with common identity providers.
