Job Summary

Build and operate global treasury processes within the Global Treasury Operations team. Manage bank accounts end-to-end, coordinate KYC/signatory and account changes, and support compliance with regulatory and banking requirements. Partner with banking stakeholders to evaluate tools and services, improve automation and controls using AI and related workflows, and help enhance treasury systems and dashboards through validation, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage bank accounts end-to-end, including opening/maintaining accounts, supporting entity dissolutions and account closures, coordinating KYC/signatory updates, and maintaining accurate records.
•Use AI tools and automation to reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and provide treasury insights.
•Liaise with banking partners to evaluate and implement products and services that support best-in-class treasury operations.
•Support cross-functional teams with treasury expertise and guidance (e.g., Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Production, Finance Operations).
•Assist with system implementation/enhancement, including data validation, reconciliations, dashboard maintenance, and compliance with global regulatory and banking requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-year degree in a related field.
•2-6 years of treasury experience or transferable finance experience.
•Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

•Comfort learning new tools and technologies (including AI-assisted solutions) and translating business needs into structured requirements.
