Base Manager, Inflight (New York City, NY, US)

Lead the Inflight operations for a base by ensuring safe, high-performing service and directing local performance. Manage Crew Managers, an Operational Coordinator, and administrative support staff while supporting Flight Attendants and driving on-time operational goals and metrics. Serve as a local subject-matter expert on policies, regulations, and the APFA collective bargaining agreement, handle escalations, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve procedures.
