Customer Service Representative - Part time

Handle customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on the Flippa platform, reviewing existing data/documentation to respond accurately and escalating issues when commercial/financial discrepancies appear. Engage with sellers to gather needed details, maintain and clean CRM records, and run outbound prospecting using Flippa’s AI-assisted system. Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared, using Slack and email for day-to-day communication.
