Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a direct, trusted, and technical extension of engineering leadership with internal and external stakeholders alike.
  • •Continuously embed with, observe, and gain a fundamental understanding of the technical progress, critical paths, and emerging challenges within each LOE and business line.
  • •Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of the intricate technical details and engineering challenges faced by each LOE/business line.
  • •Proactively identify and bridge communication gaps, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless, accurate information flow between diverse Space Systems, Hypersonics, Advanced Sensing, Propulsion, Hardware, and Software engineering teams.
  • •Maintain a constant, accurate pulse on the technical health and integration status of the program across all LOEs/business lines.

Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. Secret security clearance;
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems Engineering);
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for technical and executive audiences;
  • •Experience deploying and integrating sophisticated hardware and software systems—particularly for national security space systems;
  • •Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
