Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end bid process from receiving customer demands to submitting the final quotation.
  • •Review customer demands, identify requirements, and collect clarifications or additional information as needed.
  • •Break down scope of work and coordinate internal activities by assigning tasks to relevant colleagues and teams.
  • •Consolidate and structure inputs into a coherent, high-quality, timely, contract-compliant quotation.
  • •Manage approvals, track bid progress and deadlines, and capture lessons learned to improve future bidding.
