Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inbound calls to assist customers with filing disputes or checking dispute status.
  • •Accurately file dispute claims in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while capturing customer and transaction information.

  • •Conduct initial risk assessment for disputes and ensure compliance with UCC and Regulation E/Z.
