Job Summary

Support the 3-year strategic plan for Edenred France and help define the strategic roadmap. You’ll analyze business, financial, environmental, and human factors, assess new growth opportunities through market scanning, benchmarks, sizing, economic modeling, and operational framing. You will also study client and partner expectations using data analysis and competitive intelligence, track French and international market trends, and support cross-functional initiatives in close partnership with senior leadership.

•Coordinate and contribute to drafting Edenred France’s 3-year strategic plan using business, financial, environmental, and human analyses.
•Analyze opportunities for new solutions, including market research, competitive benchmarks, sizing, economic modeling, and operational scoping.
•Identify client, user, and partner expectations via data analysis, competitive monitoring, and market innovation research.
•Track long-term trends in French and international markets, evaluate market shares, identify growth potentials, and support cross-functional initiatives.
•Work closely with Strategy & Business Development leadership and senior managers from strategy consulting.
