Job Summary

Lead a commercial banking team focused on business development, portfolio management, and relationship growth within the Commercial/Corporate Banking segment. Drive new client acquisition as a deal team leader, maintain strong credit quality in line with policy and regulatory requirements, and provide proactive financial advice. Coach and evaluate team performance, expand share of wallet through Treasury Management and other banking services, and represent the bank in community and business organizations to strengthen market presence across the region.

•Demonstrated success achieving portfolio quality and new business development goals.
