Job Summary

Provide on-premises support for customer sites by setting up and breaking down conference spaces, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining AV equipment. Test and repair cables and hardware components, clean AV devices, complete job-site documentation, and support meetings with installing connectors and video/audio recording. Operate and troubleshoot audio/video systems, deliver client training as needed, and collaborate with Customer, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams while following local safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance, including testing/repairing cables and various hardware components.
•Clean AV equipment such as camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans.
•Provide meeting support and assist with installing connectors and video/audio recording.
•Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems and provide client training as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).
•High school diploma (or equivalent) or formal education in Electronics or a related field (preferred).
•Proficiency with test and calibration equipment and ability to diagnose complex system problems.
•Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
•Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
