Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding from initial engagement and contract execution through technical integration, operational readiness, and go-live.
  • •Serve as primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, including brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, and other market participants.
  • •Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related operational processes with legal, compliance, product, and technology.
  • •Identify onboarding bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, and drive execution from recommendation through implementation while improving measurable outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain operational playbooks, SLAs, escalation paths, track onboarding pipeline health/risks/KPIs, and represent OG.com in client-facing discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations, ideally within fintech or regulated financial markets/derivatives exchanges.
  • •Direct exposure to institutional clients (e.g., brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers) is required.
  • •Strong project management discipline, including ownership, milestone tracking, risk identification, blocker escalation, and follow-through.
  • •Analytically rigorous and systems-oriented approach to identify root causes, build frameworks, and design scalable operating models.
  • •Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts; implementation consulting or enterprise client launch experience is a strong plus.
