Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day lab organization and operational readiness across Production and R&D.
  • •Own laboratory inventory and consumable stock via Quartzy, including ordering and partnering with Procurement.
  • •Coordinate equipment acquisition, installation, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining an up-to-date equipment list.
  • •Execute BSL2 safety procedures, inspections, documentation, and oversight of a BSL2 room; oversee hazardous materials, waste pickups, and storage compliance.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for building management and local vendors; coordinate light IT logistics, welcome visitors/new hires, and resolve site-level issues proactively.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in laboratory operations, office/workplace operations, facilities, or similar operational roles.
  • •Experience supporting laboratory environments, preferably in biotech or life sciences, including BSL2/BSL3 protocols.
  • •Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, equipment, inventory, deliveries, and workplace/facilities issues.
