Site Manager (Louisville)

Lead day-to-day operations for the Plasmidsaurus Louisville laboratory, ensuring production and R&D spaces stay safe, organized, and operational. Manage lab inventory and consumables through Quartzy, coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, and oversee BSL2 safety procedures, hazardous materials, waste, and EH&S activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities and local vendors, support light IT logistics, welcome visitors, and proactively resolve site issues to keep operations running smoothly.
