Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the complete PMC assignment for transmission line, HVAC substations, and HVDC terminal station packages to deliver safely, within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • •Act as the principal point of contact for the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
  • •Establish project execution planning (Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibility matrix, communication protocol, reporting) and lead mobilization of PMC resources.
  • •Review and monitor baseline schedule, procurement plan, construction methodology, resource plan, commissioning programme, and overall progress versus milestones; direct recovery/acceleration actions.
  • •Manage technical, contractual, risk, quality, and HSE review meetings; handle critical submissions and claims/variations/extension-of-time; lead completion, energization-readiness, handover, and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EHV transmission line and substation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading at least one major 400 kV/765 kV transmission or substation project.
  • •Preferred experience with HVDC, GIS, large power transformers, reactors, and control and protection systems.
  • •Working knowledge of project controls, contracts, quality management, HSE, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
