Field Specialist – Drilling & Completion Fluids

Provide onsite drilling and completion fluids services by measuring, testing, and supervising fluid mixing and pumping at rig sites. Maintain fluid properties through accurate testing, manage customer well-site inventory, and ensure strong customer service by keeping teams informed and solving fluid-related problems. Support environmentally safe drilling fluids usage, conduct sales calls in the field or accompany sales reps, and follow Baker Hughes policies. Train in prevention and cure of lost circulation and stuck pipe.
