•Support day-to-day activities of Enterprise Planning and Finance and identify best practices, efficiencies, and strategic methods to optimize people, process, and technology solutions.
•Drive governance and business partner relationships for end-to-end process solutions, supporting metrics, performance management strategy, and measurable business results.
•Embed continuous process improvement through end-to-end process assessments and tactical planning, delivery, and ongoing process excellence.
•Review and provide feedback for process standards across data, reporting, systems security, compliance, financial controls, and change management.
•Identify, govern, prioritize, and adjudicate technology enhancements with Technology; help identify AI and automation opportunities and perform special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of accounting or finance experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (or similar), or a Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or 8 years related work experience in lieu of a degree.
•Experience influencing and collaborating at the highest levels of corporate management.
•Experience with continuous improvement and project management; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP is a plus.
•Experience supporting organizational change, including large-scale transformation initiatives.
•Strong financial analysis and ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
