Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day activities of Enterprise Planning and Finance and identify best practices, efficiencies, and strategic methods to optimize people, process, and technology solutions.
  • •Drive governance and business partner relationships for end-to-end process solutions, supporting metrics, performance management strategy, and measurable business results.
  • •Embed continuous process improvement through end-to-end process assessments and tactical planning, delivery, and ongoing process excellence.
  • •Review and provide feedback for process standards across data, reporting, systems security, compliance, financial controls, and change management.
  • •Identify, govern, prioritize, and adjudicate technology enhancements with Technology; help identify AI and automation opportunities and perform special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of accounting or finance experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (or similar), or a Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or 8 years related work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience influencing and collaborating at the highest levels of corporate management.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement and project management; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP is a plus.
  • •Experience supporting organizational change, including large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong financial analysis and ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
