Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide post-sales deployment engineering expertise for network solutions across BBOX products and services, including architecture, design, integration, implementation, and configuration.
  • •Lead solution lifecycle activities: requirements definition, end-to-end system designs, equipment staging, configuration creation/testing, and deployment including ongoing change management.
  • •Proactively assess solution specifications against changing customer requirements and recommend solution changes that optimize value for both the client and BBOX.
  • •Coordinate remotely with Smart Hands and project managers to execute deployment activities with clear communication and coordination.
  • •Manage client expectations and drive project milestones through status reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and SLA/KPI-focused performance delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of engineering deployment responsibilities for complex client requirement assessments, solution designs, and implementations in the technology services industry.
  • •Experience with post-sales engineering for network solutions, including end-to-end system design, equipment staging, configuration creation and testing, and deployment across geographical separation.
  • •Proficiency in production data center environments, including hands-on management of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZ, and DDI.
  • •CCNP or CCNA (Cisco), or Arista ACE or related certifications preferred.
