Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business objectives into an enterprise-wide audience product roadmap and govern intake and prioritization of requests.
  • •Lead cross-functional agile teams and oversee sprint cycles to build, iterate, and maintain identity and audience data products.
  • •Apply and enforce the enterprise Data Product Standard, including ownership, documentation, consumer registry, and success metrics across product lifecycles.
  • •Design ingestion and mapping strategies to transform premium distribution, CTV, and content platform data into compliant productized tables.
  • •Define and enforce data contracts (freshness, completeness, accuracy, schema stability) and implement monitoring, partnering with legal/compliance for privacy adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data product management, ad tech/martech strategy, or data architecture.
  • •Proven track record evolving data organizations from reactive request models into structured, agile product delivery frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of identity resolution ecosystems and data clean rooms, including optimizing deterministic graph models.
  • •Strategic and hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake for data sharing and data product creation, plus enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
