Job Summary

Lead talent acquisition for the Marketing and Sales organizations, driving hiring strategy, workforce planning, candidate engagement, and change management. Partner with SVPs, VPs, directors, HR/Talent, Immigration, Legal, Finance, and Total Rewards to deliver data-driven insights and improve recruiting outcomes. Manage and coach a globally based team of recruiting professionals, oversee candidate lifecycle execution, and report results against targets to senior leadership.

•Partner with key business leaders (SVPs, VPs, directors, HR/Talent, Immigration, Legal, and Finance) to drive talent needs.
•Lead and develop recruiting professionals, coaching the team to build skills and capabilities.
•Own the full candidate lifecycle (talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, closing).
•Manage team results and targets and report outcomes to executives and senior leadership.
•Coordinate recruiting capacity planning against headcount plans and ensure adherence to recruiting practices and policies.
