Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements and practical IT solutions for terminal applications.
  • •Analyze and improve operational processes by identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities and turning them into concrete improvements with users.
  • •Support development and optimization of terminal systems (including TOS, automation, gate/crane, and reporting systems) and ensure alignment across processes, systems, interfaces, and data flows.
  • •Ensure reliable releases and changes through impact analyses, test plans, and coordination of functional, regression, and acceptance testing with key users.
  • •Coordinate incident resolution and smaller project/change initiatives from idea through planning, delivery, and implementation with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or master’s degree in IT, business engineering, logistics, operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with understanding of business processes and system behavior.
  • •Technical affinity with integrations, APIs, data streams, and application landscapes; able to read, understand, and troubleshoot existing scripts, configurations, and Groovy code.
  • •Preferred experience in business analysis, process management, product or solution ownership, IT delivery, or operation-critical systems.
  • •Affinity with maritime/logistics/terminal/automation/industrial environments; experience with testing, documentation, operational support, or supplier coordination is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills working with Operations, IT, and suppliers; experience with tools like Jira and Confluence and test/reporting tools is preferred.
