Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery of the target IT landscape underpinning the end-to-end delegated authority value chain for Portfolio Solutions.
  • •Scale the IT and process landscape in line with Portfolio Solutions growth, including leading migration of legacy systems and data to AI-enabled applications.
  • •Build and maintain a prioritised transformation roadmap, sequencing system changes, data migrations, and process re-engineering against business milestones.
  • •Act as business owner for IT transformation initiatives: write requirements, coordinate with IT/engineering delivery teams, and track milestones to go-live.
  • •Own end-to-end oversight of delivery risks and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums, supporting adoption through communications, training, and readiness assessments.
