Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage vehicle-related operational activities within the assigned city or operational area.
  • •Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in accordance with established standards.
  • •Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements.
  • •Support vehicle repair activities and follow up on completion, ensuring vehicles are operationally ready and available when required.
  • •Coordinate vehicle fueling, charging or other energy requirements and procure vehicle operational supplies; maintain accurate records and liaise with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination, transportation, or a similar environment is preferred.
  • •Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
  • •Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
  • •Good communication and record-keeping skills.
  • •Comfortable working in a technology-driven automotive environment; UAE automotive or fleet experience is advantageous.
