Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.
  • •Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and engaging professionally.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking inventory.
  • •Handle cash transactions accurately, including giving change and reconciling the cash register at shift end.
  • •Follow alcohol service regulations by checking identification, refusing service to intoxicated patrons, and notifying management about inventory needs; perform routine bar maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience.
  • •3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of alcohol, liqueurs, mixers, garnishes, and proper mixing techniques.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
  • •Adhere to local alcohol service regulations, including checking ID and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.
