Job Summary

Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, review and analyze quotes, and determine sourcing strategies using drawings, specifications, and purchase history. Manage proposal/quotation documentation and compliance packages while leading supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms. Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations, and develop PIAs/NDAs for SOWs. Support supplier due diligence and oversee post-award supplier performance with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and review quotes/proposals to analyze results.
•Determine sourcing strategy by reviewing drawings, specifications, and purchase history.
•Manage proposal/quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.
•Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions, including cost/price/best-value analysis.
•Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations; review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs; oversee post-award supplier performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
•Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance, including Public Laws, FAR/DFARS, and ITAR, with negotiation of terms and conditions.
•Knowledge of SAP procurement software tools, such as PRISM and APEX.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Security clearance: active and existing after day 1.
