Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • •Guide and coach the team to deliver high quality products and services using Agile practices and principles.
  • •Facilitate all scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • •Maintain project execution by monitoring progress, highlighting issues, and performing capacity planning for the team.
  • •Ensure quality controls and carry out regular audits on project work, providing feedback and supporting Agile continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of work experience in relevant project management and Scrum techniques.
  • •Bachelors degree (preferably technical such as B.Tech. or BCA) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing/maintaining JIRA and/or Azure DevOps boards, managing backlog, and supporting sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • •Must have experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and communication management.
  • •Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP (highly desirable).
