Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the financial roadmap toward a Calo IPO, including profitability levers, unit economics, and margin improvement
  • •Build investor-grade reporting, financial models, and board-level narrative while ensuring financial governance, audit readiness, and internal controls
  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across all seven markets, translating financial data into actionable insights
  • •Own ERP and financial systems end-to-end, ensure compliance with local regulations and taxes, and oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and FX risk
  • •Direct and develop a 15+ person finance team across Finance (FP&A & Business) and Finance Operations, including leadership of two Directors and hiring open senior roles

Key Requirements

  • •Current or recent CFO or Head of Finance owning the full finance function
  • •Strong B2C experience with subscriptions, customer economics, and consumer scale
  • •Experience owning or scaling a $200M+ P&L or similar commercial complexity
  • •Built or scaled finance systems including ERP, reporting, controls, and compliance
  • •Board-level communication experience and regional leadership experience across the GCC
