Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and clarify existing specifications for the social reporting automation project, including Social Report, health/safety committee report, and annual mandatory negotiations report.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders (Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR) and the external automation service provider.
  • •Participate in design and development and conduct user acceptance testing of automated deliverables.
  • •Produce essential France social reports during the transition period, ensuring reliability and accuracy (e.g., Social Report, Disability Report, data for H&S committee, NAO and CSE preparation).
  • •Collect, consolidate, and verify HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, Excel files) and run ad hoc analyses with relevant commentary on trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in HR reporting, cross-functional project management, or data analysis (with an operational component).
  • •Knowledge of French payroll and social reporting.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas.
  • •Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and strong organizational/project management abilities.
