Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
  • •Identify, monitor and manage internal and external interfaces across design, construction, operations, testing, commissioning and handover phases, including terminal/airside/landside and utility packages.
  • •Serve as the primary coordination point between the Employer, Airport Operator, Consultants, Contractors and external agencies, managing the Stakeholder Engagement Plan/Register and facilitating decision forums.
  • •Coordinate regulatory approvals and external agency interfaces (e.g., DGCA, AAI, BCAS, CISF, airlines and relevant authorities) and expedite resolutions for approval-related issues.
  • •Identify and mitigate stakeholder/interface/approval risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and support testing, commissioning, operational readiness, phased handover and integration into airport operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s Degree in Management/Infrastructure Management or Project Management preferred.
  • •Overall 15-20 years of professional experience in project management, stakeholder management, approvals management or interface coordination.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation projects involving airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure, utilities and airport support facilities.
  • •Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder environments (airport operators, regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, government agencies and utility providers), including PMC/EPC/Design-Build or client-side project management environments.
