Line Lead

Lead production line performance to meet required quality, quantity, time, and cost standards while ensuring product specifications and customer requirements are fulfilled. Plan and organize production processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous operational efficiency improvements through assigned KPIs. Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, implement occupational safety, food safety, and environmental standards, and support lean, kaizen, and TPM activities.
