Key Responsibilities

  • •Create designs, run analysis, and perform testing activities for valvetrain components as part of a cross-functional team.
  • •Drive and complete project activities from prototype procurement and testing through high-volume industrialization.
  • •Ensure functionality, durability, and manufacturability of valvetrain components.
  • •Understand customer requirements and translate them into a compliance matrix; complete validation plans aligned to project phases.
  • •Prepare and present engineering reports and activity results; support prototype production using the Prototype Control Plan; collaborate on system design definition and validation.
