Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for capital and construction projects with internal stakeholders.
  • •Create and manage sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets (payment terms, cash targets, on-time delivery, and cost savings).
  • •Draft, negotiate, and manage capital and construction contracts from RFP through completion and ensure supplier performance to obligations.
  • •Perform project control activities including budgeting and scheduling, and execute cost reduction projects with stakeholders.
  • •Conduct advanced quantitative analysis, benchmarking, and business process analysis to improve costs and develop/monitor supply-base KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 1+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations, or supply chain management; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •Experience with purchasing or similar procurement-related work.
  • •Familiarity with industrial engineering, construction management, and/or facilities management.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.
  • •Strong contract negotiation and document management skills.
