Key Responsibilities

  • •Own positioning and messaging for agent identity and auth, defining how agents are authenticated, authorized, and governed across AI and API traffic.
  • •Shape the category through thought leadership and industry engagement, including blogs, talks, analyst conversations, and customer engagement.
  • •Lead technical field enablement for Kong Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other technical field roles.
  • •Produce deep technical content such as demos, reference architectures, technical whitepapers, and documentation-adjacent materials.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert in sales conversations involving agent identity and security, and provide technical positioning inputs for launches and campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering, ideally in IAM and/or AI Security.
  • •Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure and the ability to discuss LLM deployment, agentic frameworks, and AI governance credibly.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical practitioners and C-suite buyers.
  • •Collaborative mindset across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
  • •Comfort owning demo-heavy storytelling, including keynote presentations, analyst briefings, and customer roundtables.
