Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver business strategy and success of the category, managing GTM milestones and E2E market execution.
  • •Develop category initiatives to meet commercial goals and support division mid-long term planning aligned to the global vision.
  • •Own go-to-market planning excellence, including forecasting, pricing, profitability, range size/flow/adoption, and system/catalog/master data maintenance.
  • •Define category range by sales channels and store/trade zone, and deliver franchise lifecycle and inventory levels to support brand health.
  • •Perform category insights and analytics (market/consumer/competitor, sales analysis) and lead CCT creation from brief through sell-through and exit.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in range management/product.
  • •University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • •Sporting goods industry experience.
  • •Fluent in Japanese and Business-level English; experience working with local customers and international stakeholders.
  • •Strong PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel—Pivot, PowerPoint) and data-to-action ability.
