Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client coverage by understanding strategic and financial objectives, identifying optimal solutions, and delivering best-in-class experiences.
  • •Partner across the firm to identify opportunities and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
  • •Pursue the latest information to build a knowledge base on banking products, financial markets, regulations, and real estate business trends.
  • •Manage risk/return and drive quality by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • •Self-manage pipeline and sales production using reports, data, and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management or business development with CRE clients.
  • •Advanced knowledge of banking products/services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess client and prospect needs.
  • •Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience required.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and risk-focused mindset with Salesforce and MS Office proficiency.
