Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the organization’s TPM/Delivery strategy by establishing operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling that scale across portfolios.
  • •Drive development and alignment of program roadmaps anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies.
  • •Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse.
  • •Act as an executive-level escalation point for program risks and influence technology leaders on data-driven tradeoffs.
  • •Define measurable outcomes of platform success (availability, scalability, cost efficiency, developer velocity) and ensure delivery accountability across multiple engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
  • •Experience delivering large and complex programs and securing commitments on deliverables
  • •Experience with Agile delivery
