Job Summary

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for an assigned division, using Workday to calculate, verify, enter payroll, and maintain employee file updates. Monitor deductions related to medical benefits, 401(k) garnishes, and liens, as well as special pay and shift differentials. Generate payroll reports, manage payroll recordkeeping for divisional locations, and support time & attendance accuracy through Workday Time Tracking.

•Calculate, verify, and enter weekly and bi-weekly payroll using Workday.
•Perform employee file maintenance updates as needed.
•Monitor medical benefits deductions, 401(k) garnishes, liens, and special pay/shift differentials.
•Maintain payroll records for assigned divisional locations and generate payroll reports using Workday.
•Monitor time & attendance processes and accuracy via Workday Time Tracking, and assist with other payroll/personnel areas.

Key Requirements

•Strong reporting software experience, including 10-key experience and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
