Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to achieve cost-effective, smooth processes.
  • •Support EHS regulatory requirements and emergency response standards for logistics operations, including warehouse and external logistics.
  • •Coordinate import/export procedure reviews and implementation to meet AEO certification requirements; complete internal audit and prepare for AEO Advanced Certification.
  • •Conduct customs declaration and prepare documents for import deliveries.
  • •Coordinate daily logistics operations (outbound/inbound, technical logistics, fleet/isotank supervision) and handle loading, unloading, transportation, and drumming processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a chemical subject.
  • •At least 3 years’ working experience in international logistics.
  • •Fluent English reading and writing.
  • •Excellent computer skills, especially in SAP and MS Office.
  • •Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to work across all levels.
