Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client-focused engagement in-person and via proactive calling to identify financial wellness opportunities.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support deposit and lending products, including certificates of deposit and home equity/unsecured lending.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions, and assist with teller line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
