•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across functions.
•Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them, including ownership of urgent cross-department problems.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through on commitments.
•Comfort working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Able to handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
