Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business development and pipeline growth for digital transformation work across priority UK and Ireland markets.
  • •Operate as a seller-doer: shape opportunities, lead bids, convert relationships into work, and deliver or direct high-value engagements personally.
  • •Develop and take to market propositions combining digital, data, AI, automation, service transformation, operating model change, and adoption support.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight across digital transformation projects, ensuring commercial strength, technical credibility, and measurable client outcomes.
  • •Advise senior clients on how digital, data, and AI improve services, strengthen delivery confidence, and create lasting organisational change.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with clients in one or more priority markets including local government, central government, transport, water, energy, or regulated infrastructure.
  • •Proven seller-doer capability to originate opportunities, shape propositions, lead bids, and deliver personally when needed.
  • •Strong understanding of digital transformation, data, AI, automation, and technology-enabled change, with the ability to communicate practical, outcome-focused ideas.
