Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data for equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
  • •Track KPIs (processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, compliance metrics) and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • •Support audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements using accurate data.
  • •Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; develop and recommend corrective actions to improve compliance and efficiency (including Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement).
  • •Validate and maintain accuracy of property records and turn-in documentation and ensure timely, accurate entries in Army logistics systems; resolve inventory reconciliation discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • •3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
  • •Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site and Army property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Experience with Army logistics systems including GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, and TC-AIMS.
  • •Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results; be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) eligibility.
