Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by onboarding teams quickly, maximizing case/matter utilization, and demonstrating ROI through case studies. Partner closely with clients to gather feedback that informs the product roadmap, while maintaining strong satisfaction and renewal targets. Bring legal-industry knowledge, data-informed reporting, and consultative communication to support customers across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive client success and growth by ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion of Eve’s solutions and maintaining satisfaction targets.
•Onboard law-firm teams to use Eve within 90 days or less.
•Maximize product utilization, including case/matter utilization and adoption of key features.
•Generate ROI-focused case studies and develop new product use cases.
•Provide client feedback to inform the product roadmap and maintain long-term client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Customer Success experience, ideally with mid-size and enterprise accounts.
•Strong understanding of legal tech or SaaS, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical professionals.
•Strong analytical skills using legal-specific metrics to present insights effectively.
•Excellent project coordination and communication skills with a consultative approach to solving law-firm challenges.
•Creative problem-solver able to manage multiple accounts across practice areas and firm sizes.
