Key Responsibilities

•Drive the billing platform roadmap to move AppDirect from subscription-based to consumption-based billing.
•Integrate token-based billing capabilities and token management into the marketplace in collaboration with the Devs.AI team.
•Automate client account workflows and payment reconciliation to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
•Build AI-assisted subscription management features with decision-support tools to recommend optimal plans.
•Benchmark AppDirects’s billing platform against leading AI-based billing solutions and deliver a prioritized 1-year roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5 to 10 years of product management experience with strong expertise in billing, payments and subscriptions.
• Proven track record deploying consumption-based or usage-based billing features, including token counting and withdrawal concepts.
• Hands-on experience with payment and funds transfer APIs such as Stripe, Adyen or Plaid, including drafting/reviewing API docs.
• Experience with enterprise billing platforms or ERPs (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, NetSuite, Recurly) is a plus.
• Knowledge of PCI, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 in the context of a payments/billing product is a plus.
